Shipping
Where do you ship to?
At this moment in time we only ship throughout Canada. As we grow we hope to be able to ship outside of Canada
How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship all orders out from 5-7 business days depending if we have your order in stock or we have to gather it together. Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping within Canada is usually between 3-5 business days. Please note that within the holiday seasons, the timeline may be delayed it but should be no more than a few extra days.
**please make sure your address is correct in your order because once your order is placed, I cannot change your address**
How do I track my order?
Canadian customers will receive the tracking information from their order once it ships. Please continue to check your email (that you used to place the order) to find out this information
**Once your package leaves my shop, I am unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you have this problem, please contact your local carrier that was used to deliver your package.**
Returns
Returns and Refund Policy
At Fun Way Sensory Play we take pride in the products that we create!! Due to the nature of these materials, everything is final sale.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact me at funwaysensoryplay@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order and I will do my best to work with you to remedy any problems that may arise.
We have a no cancellation policy so be sure to check your order over before you place it!
What if something is not right with my order?
As a small business owner, we really want to ensure that you have the best possible experience when ordering with us. If there is anything wrong with your order, please email us at funwaysensoryplay@gmail.com as soon as you can so we can work together with you to resolve it.

What are Monthly Drops
Monthly drops are new sensory bases that are released every month and they happen right here on the 15th of every month at 12pm (Eastern Time Zone).
There are limited quantities for each of the mixes, so make sure your shopping the day of the release so you do not miss out !

What age is our Sensory Based Products for
Our kits have been created specifically for children aged three and seven although people young and old of all ages love our products!!
**Because the kits have small pieces that are considered chokable they are not recommended for children under three. As always parent supervision is highly recommended**
How do I clean, store and maintain my Sensory Play Materials
After each use, take a look to see if there is any broken or dirty debris in the Play Mix or materials and remove them. The resin pieces (if included in your sets) can be washed with warm soapy water and left to air dry.
Once a month, inspect the Sensory Play Materials for any signs of wear or damage and remove them to continue a safe play experince.
How long can I use your products?
Our products can be used for a long time as long as they are properly stored in a cool, dry space in a container with a lid that properly seals. Heat and humidity may cause the dry materials to mold or become unusable.

To you it may not seem that important, but for children; its unlimited possibilities!!
